Dosage Guide: 0.5g – 1.2g (Mango Yellow/Orange Color) Mango color is designed to replicate the warm, sun-kissed glow of a ripe seasonal mango. Depending on the variety you're mimicking (like the bright yellow of a Chaunsa or the deep orange-yellow of an Alphonso), a standard dosage of 0.8g per 1kg or 1 liter provides a rich, appetizing "pulpy" look.

Common Applications

Juices, Nectars, and Squashes This color is essential for making water-based drinks look like real fruit juice. In a liter of juice or nectar, 0.7g creates a natural, vibrant yellow. For concentrated squashes, a higher dose of 1.2g is used so that even after adding water or soda, the drink maintains its thick, fruity appearance. It is often paired with "Clouding Agents" to give the drink a heavy, non-transparent look like real mango pulp.

Dairy and Frozen Desserts In Mango milkshakes, lassis, and ice creams, the white milk base naturally softens the color. Adding 1.0g to a liter of dairy base transforms it into a beautiful, creamy "Mango Gold." In popsicles and sorbets, it provides a bright, tropical glow that stays stable even at freezing temperatures, ensuring the product looks fresh and high-quality.

Confectionery and Jellies For mango-flavored candies, gummies, and fruit leathers, a dosage of 0.8g per kg is the standard. In clear jellies, it produces a translucent, amber-like finish that looks very premium. Because mango flavors are often paired with high acidity (Citric Acid), this color is formulated to be acid-stable, meaning it won't fade or turn pale in sour candies.

Bakery and Fillings Mango color is widely used in mango-filled pastries, tarts, and cake sponges. A dosage of 1.0g in cake batter or custard fillings ensures a warm, tropical aesthetic. It is especially popular in "Mirror Glazes" for cakes, where a 1.2g dose creates a high-gloss, intense orange-yellow finish that mimics the skin of a perfectly ripe fruit.
