Primary Uses of Almond Flavor
Confectionery & Mithai: Used extensively in making Barfi, Gulab Jamun, and Halwa. It provides that signature "royal" scent found in high-end sweet shops.
Bakery Products: Ideal for Marzipan, Macarons, and Biscotti. In regular sponge cakes, adding 0.8ml of almond flavor alongside vanilla creates a more complex, professional flavor profile.
Dairy-Based Drinks: Add it to Thadai, Badam Milk, or Lassi. It masks the raw smell of milk and enhances the nuttiness of added dry fruits.
Ice Creams & Sorbets: It is the base for Kulfa and Pistachio-Almond ice creams. Since cold temperatures dull the sense of taste, 0.8ml is usually the "sweet spot" for a liter of ice cream mix.
Syrups & Sharbat: Used to create concentrated almond syrups that can be mixed with water or soda during summer.
